A morning walk

The sun had already risen, so no sunrise to start my day with. Nonetheless, the walk was more than beautiful. It was great that the streets were *almost* empty, that it wasn’t hot at all and that the city had that fresh morning smell.
We didn’t have an itinerary so we just went from one street to another. The houses there are superb: old and each one with its history, its story. Too bad we didn’t have anyone to ask to tell us those stories and all we could do was admire them.
