I’m afraid of bees. I’ve never been stung by one and I don’t intend for that to happen. So every time I see a bee come near me I kind of panic and I run. Anyways, I was waiting for the green light when I heard this buuuuzzz near my ear and felt something inside my hair. Man, I freaked out! I started to shake my head frenetically and to run my fingers through my hair. Of course, I was mumbling something about “bloody bee, leave me the fuck alone”. What can I say? The people who were there looked at me as I was some kind of a nutcase. Good part: the bee didn’t sting me.

Then, on the tube back home, I saw an itsy bitsy spider on my book and I couldn’t kill it - it seemed way too small and harmless. So I let it get on my finger and tried putting it on my bag, but it wouldn’t listen! So it went from my book to my finger, back and forth. I kind of liked it. Even tried talking to it: “Hello, little one. What are you doing here? Don’t be scared, you can stay on my bag! Just go on my bag.” It was a stubborn one! Well, it ignored me, but the other people were, again, looking at me like I was a nutcase.

I’m not a nutcase! I just express myself.

I’m a whore for handmade things. I don’t know why’s that *maybe because I can’t do a thing with my own hands* but I rather not thing about it and just enjoy my latest handmade acquisitions.

Sometime this spring I bought a very nice handmade green bag. With ladybirds on it. And with a very ingenious divided interior: it even has a special place for a pen For this I have to thank Mona and GentileSilviei.

Then Oana sent me a message telling me that Eartricks is now Tricksbox. I took a look at the accessories she created and fell in love with a ring. It’s now in my possession, but I’m waiting for the autumn to set in for me to wear it. Oh, and I also bought a very nice pair of earrings, but they’re a present for a dear friend, so no pic, cause I don’t wanna spoil the surprise.

At last, but not least, I discovered Diana and her Zorzonele. *thanks, Saddler * I met Diana today and I picked up my order. Now I’m the proud owner of a tea set (brooch+earrings), rainbow brooch and Garfield earrings.

I’m glad I’ve satisfied my obsession for handmade thingies. At least for now

2 Redbull-uri si 2 Cola mai tarziu…

Tremur toata, nu stiu daca se numeste caffeine rush sau inconstienta. Culmea, mi-e somn si nu prea am chef sa lucrez, desi am fost a naibii de lenesa saptamana asta.

Fost-am si la BookTalks si mi-a placut mult ce am auzit acolo. Mi-am balanganit picioarele pe scaun, mi-am colorat limba-n verde cu Chupa Chups, am carcotit si am ras. Abia astept editiile urmatoare, imi fac abonament daca trebuie.

Opus fobiei mele de random words, am observat ca sufara de un fel de word love, adica ma indragostesc de cate-un cuvant si-l folosesc cat se poate de des, sau aud vreun cuvant care ma fascineaza si nu mi-l pot scoate din minte. Cuvantul zilei: independentist. Nu, nu exista, dar eu l-am auzit si am ras atat de tare si mi-a fost atat de greu sa il pronunt, incat am crezut ca nu o sa pot sa-l retin. Mi l-am scris pe mana cu carioca mov, nu cumva sa-l uit.

Dilema: cum se poate ca cineva sa semene cu altcineva, dar sa nu stii cum arata altcinevaul ala?

Cand m-am intors am crezut ca il vad pe C. Mai slab cu vreo 10kg, dar el: acelasi par, aceeasi fata rotunda, ochelari, putin facial hair, acelasi gen de tricou. Normal, nu m-am putut abtine si tot in directia aia m-am uitat apoi. Ce ti-e si cu inner demons astia!

Si daca e Friday 13th, atunci e bai. M-am trezit mai obosita si mai prost dispusa ca niciodata. Mai ca nici dus nu imi venea sa fac. I-am dat pisicii mancare si am plecat spre serviciu. Am ajuns in fata blocului si mi-am dat seama ca mi-am uitat iPodul. Tup, tup, inapoi dupa el. Ajung din nou in fata blocului si imi dau seama ca nu mi-am luat cartea. Mama ma-sii de treaba, urc inapoi si dupa aia. Ajung pentru a treia oara in fata blocului si… mda, imi uitasem si telefonul. “Ia mai da-l naibii, si asa nu vorbesc cu nimeni.” Deci nu m-am mai intors dupa el.

Pe strada, pe langa privirile pe care de doua zile mi le tot arunca lumea [eu le iau ca “uita-te ce culoare are asta la par!”], un muncitor a strigat dupa mine daca e naturala culoarea parului. Naturala pe naiba, ba boule!

In statia de metrou, un tip era tare tandru cu cea de langa el: “Ba, handicapato, de ce nu mi-a spus ca intarzii?”

Alta remarca pe care am auzit-o, de data asta la adresa mea, a fost: “Uita-te, ba, ce fata are!” No comment.

La serviciu am pierdut deja doua ore cu urmatoarele activitati: vorbit cu sefa de programul meu pentru urmatoarele doua luni, baut un RedBull, discutat putin cu colegii, corectat cateva pagini, plimbat dintr-un birou in altul, citit mailuri, ras la unul dintre ele, facut liste, scarpinat in cap [ma mananca ingrozitor pielea capului de cand m-am vopsit iar; sper ca nu e vreun semn ca incep sa chelesc ], altele.

Am vorbit cu o tanti traducatoare la telefon si mi-a spus de vreo 3 ori “doamna”. Inca nu mi-am revenit din soc.
