I almost forgot Garfield was so fun to waste your time with

I’d wanted for quite a long time to buy colourful plasters, but I needed one or two and at the drugstore they would sell only an entire box and it was bloody expensive. But a Mega Image supermarket opened in the neighbourhood and when I went sweets-shopping I saw a box of… very colourful very cheap Garfield plasters!!! I was sooo happy!!! Now I can hardly wait to cut my finger or something so I can wear them Yes, I’m crazy ^_^

It was ok at my grandma’s. Like I presumed, I ate and read, then ate some more and then I slept. My aunt is a great cook and she kept on nagging me to eat, so I had no other choice than to obey her And I finally managed to get back to my reading pace and I finished 3 books in 4 days and listened to the two parts of Terry Pratchett’s Interesting times audiobook. That book kicks ass Yeah, I’m definitely going back for a couple of days sometime in the future.

Currently I’m being very happy cause I friend of mine [hello, you stranger ] gave me the last Harry Potter book in txt format. It’s on my reader and though I haven’t had time today to read, I have already shed a few tears. This book is really addictive!!! Now I’m going back to bed, with my eBook reader and the Harry Potter book. By the way things go, I’ll have finished it by tomorrow afternoon

I wish there was a comic strip with Garfield and Harry Potter. It would soooo great. Instead, my second favourite cat in the world, after my uRMa, of course, is busy being jealous. Awww, isn’t he sweet?

I’m going to my grandma’s till Friday. No Internet, no laptop, no M.A.S.H., no nothing, except eating, sleeping and reading. Hopefully, I’ll have VH1, but I’m not betting on that. So, see you Friday.

My parents have a major problem: they think I starved in Bucharest and all they do is feed me. Could you guys please stop? Now really, I’m starting to look like a pig and it’s not funny! I have no idea what I want you to cook for me, I haven’t had regular meals for I don’t know how long and I can’t eat more than 2 meals/day. Is that so hard to understand? My life doesn’t revolve around food! They have these ideas about balanced meals and healthy food and stuff. Bleah! Don’t really care about that. And what’s even more disturbing, is the fact that I’ve barely eaten any sweets since I came here. I still have 3 chocolate bars in the fridge from Bucharest I’m so picky and I feel like eating something sweet, but I can’t decide what and I end leaving the store without having bought a thing. Lame!

My room is a total mess, but I’m not in the mood of cleaning it and I felt just like a 10-year-old kid when Mum came in the other day, took a look at it and told me: “Ioana, I want you to clean you room immediately!” I’ll clean it when I want, don’t boss me around. Truth is I don’t do a thing all day. I stay in bed till 11 or 12, take a shower, read something, play with uRMa, read some more, take the afternoon nap, read again, go out for a beer, come back home at 1-2 in the morning, watch an episode of M.A.S.H. and then go to sleep. But it’s holiday… I want to be lazy and sleepy and moody… at least for a week or two.

Another problem is that I didn’t pick up my books from Horia. I got into a fight with Radu just the night before the trip and now we’re not talking [again!], he’s on my ignore list on YM and I really don’t want to be friends with him again. Bleah! But I’ll go next week by train and get the books; I’ll spend a pleasant afternoon with Horia, take a look at the book stores in Satu Mare and then come back home with my books. Yeah, don’t need his bloody help. I can make it on my own.

I was so excited that here is a bit colder than in Bucharest, that I don’t sweat while walking on the street, that the air is breathable… well, it’s been raining for almost 3 days now. And it’s real cold outside. What’s the problem with the weather?! Yesterday night I was in Tom and Jerry with Mihai and it started to rain. In fact, it rained cats and dogs! It was horrible! Thank God we were under a biiig umbrella and didn’t get wet. We had to take a cab back home. This weather is depressing. I can’t go in the park to read, I don’t feel like going out at all, I just stay indoors all day. Bloody weather!
